Jim is a graduate of Engineering from Dublin City University which has given him the foundation

for the multiple successful software engineering projects he and his teams have completed.

Since 2003 Jim has successfully created and led a number of technology companies. As an Engineer himself he has put together a loyal team of technology experts who are passionate about developing world class products and services for an ever growing international customer base.

Gerry Fitzpatrick , Director of Operations

A serial and pioneering entrepreneur with a wide range of experience in technical consultative selling roles to multiple industry sectors: Finance, Government, Services, Technology and Health.

Most recently managing a Sales and Deployment Team in SaaS solutions and transformation with world leading platform products.

Gerry has built several successful software Partner businesses with pioneering SaaS products with involvement across Sales, Deployment and Support.  In 2001 he created The ITIL Institute of Ireland, the first to identify and provide training in the now ubiquitous ITIL framework. Gerry has been key to winning multiple Partner Awards from leading Vendors.

Sean O'Dwyer, Head of Technology



Sean has fourteen years’ experience working in the software applications industry, including large IVR and text bureau systems. 

These years have provided him with a wealth of service and technology knowledge and experience within the telecommunications and software applications industry also a large number of international business and media contacts.

Sean has a large and diverse project portfolio including the architecture and creation of complex mobile billing, accounts management and publishing systems. Handling systems with millions of concurrent connections is a speciality.
